A little pampering and self-care is needed now more than ever so we’ve partnered with Ivy Wild, a local clean beauty retailer, to bring you a well-deserved spa day. Join Ellie Conrad, yoga instructor and massage therapist, for a 30-minute Flow 1/2 class followed by 30-minutes of self-massage and rolling. Then Rachel Mulcahy of Ivy Wild will guide you through a facial lymphatic drainage massage using their Indie Lee Squalane Facial Oil to help reduce puffiness and step up your glow.
This workshop costs $70 and includes the facial oil. The oil will be shipped to students who register by February 22. Contactless pickup will be available at the Mt. Pleasant Farmers Market, Saturday, February 27 between 10:00 and noon for all others. Kelly will be in touch with all registrants with more details on delivery.
Nourish yourself on and off the mat with Past Tense and Georgian restaurant Tabla. We’ll start with a 45-minute Flow 1/2 led by Meagan Estep. Then we’ll learn about Georgian food, including a hands-on khachapuri (cheese bread) making.
This class includes a three-course dinner for two, including the makings for the khachapuri. The dinner kit includes:
Students must pre-register by Thursday, March 11 at 8:00 PM. Dinner kits will be available for pick up at the new Past Tense studio (get a sneak peek!) on Saturday between 11:00-1:00.
